I went in to ask for tires, then I research what I wanted, headed back to store and Javier greeted me!! Asked if I needed help! And he helped straighten my appointment that I scheduled incorrectly on my end. And they were so busy ! But he said! “No worries he will squeeze my truck and get those tires installed” and Javier made it happen!! I believe all His team at this store are very professional and very knowledgeable!! this will be the place I will choose for my future tires!!! Thank you Javier and team for your help!!!

I went there this morning (June 2026) because I got a massive nail in my tire. Reece (I think was his name) was SO helpful. I had some silly questions cause I know next to nothing about cars and he was willing to answer them all. He was extremely personable and was transparent about all his thoughts. I bought four new tires today due to my vehicle being an all wheel drive and he showed me my best options. He shared his own experience with his car and the tires he was recommending. I have never been to discount tire but this experience alone has made me a big fan. On top of the service taking less than a hour, the customer service was outstanding.

Amazingly good! I had new tires put on my car and alignment at Commercial Tire in Baker City. The car vibrated like crazy after they put new tires on when it did not before. I took it back twice and they could not fix it. Finally brought it in to discount tire in Nampa. They not only got the tires balanced and the vibrating to stop, they found my alignment was off. The car drove amazing after that. Can't say enough good things about this discount tire.

It's really nice knowing that there are still businesses in the service industry that embrace exceptional customer service and its not always about making the next sale, this was one of best customer service experience from start to finish that I've experienced in quite some time 😀 Also, the online platform was very user friendly that streamlined the process with purchasing tires, scheduling installation and I was very impressed when I arrived for my appointment. Thank you Jiamie, Xavier and the entire Discount Tire team 🙌

From purchase online, to scheduling, to install, these guys are 10/10. Super pumped on the new shoes! 8AM install for 4 new tires and I was out the door at 8:20. Can’t beat that!
